If you haven’t already started your Christmas shopping, you probably will on Black Friday or Cyber Monday!
As a Canadian, Black Friday was never a HUGE deal. That is, more recently as online shopping has become more and more common! However I remember one year during university being in the US for Thanksgiving + Black Friday.
At 10pm on Thanksgiving evening we went to the mall and shopped for hours + hours. I remember the line-up at Target wrapping around the entire store!
While Black Friday shopping may not look like that anymore (especially in 2020!), people certainly aren’t shopping any less.
Now we’re just more likely to do our Black Friday holiday shopping from the comfort of our couch!
